Eric knows the Traverse City area extremely well - especially waterfront properties. He was very proactive in searching for properties and crafted that search to what I was searching for. We ultimately found a property on the Boardman and we successfully completed the transaction which Eric helped in guiding including negotiating the final price and seeking out contractors to assess inspection findings. You are in good hands with Eric.
