Eric is super chill and stress free. He will give you all the information you'll need on a property as soon as you show interest. Set up a showing quick and listens to what you have to say on it-likes and dislikes. He then will use that information to give you more property options. He walks you through any information you might be confused on and is very knowledgeable. First time buying a house was not intimidating when working with him. With his passion in what he does you will definitely find a home you are looking for. I'm currently listening to the morning birds while sitting at a river as I write this review at a property he found for me and it feels like a dream. 10 out of 10. Choose Eric to find you your home.

Eric is fantastic. I’m a retired Realtor so I know a good one when I see one. Eric is prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond a buyer’s expectations. I know a lot of Realtors and trust me, Eric is the only one I’ll be referring from this point forward.

Eric is a very friendly, charismatic, and just all around awesome dude! He made himself readily available for any showings I was interested in and helped me out every step of the way in my buying experience. And to top it off he gave of us a nice bottle when we closed. I would highly recommend him for anybody’s realty needs!
