Eric helped us out immensely during our home buying experience. We moved to Michigan from out of state and he was there for us every step of the way. He was constantly sending us home information to look at. He lined up numerous homes for us to look at. After deciding on the home to purchase he continually assisted us in all our questions, concerns and issues. He worked with our selling agent in New Mexico to resolve issues that arose and kept us appraised of everything. We found him to be an extremely honest real estate agent who was always a phone call or email away.

I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. I have worked with many real estate agents on several transaction over the years. I can say with confidence that Eric is the best agent/ broker I have ever used. One of the qualities I respected the most is his no- nonsense style. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, understood our end goal and exceeded our expectations. I had a very unique situation with integral time with-strengths. The transaction was a family owned property with one owner living out of state and the other with a very hectic work schedule. Wasting no time, Eric worked with the title company obtaining a power of attorney and creating a contract that was agreeable by parties. No transaction is every without minor hiccups here and there. Eric was able to assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. I have the the highest level of respect for him and will recommend him to all of my friends and family.
