Erica and Laura have been amazing throughout the process of selling our cabin and buying a new cabin. They always have everything covered and really lead us through the process step by step. The listing they put together was as good as any I’ve come across and generated a lot of interest on the cabin. Had 4 offers over asking price after being listed for 3 days. On the buying side, they’ve been very thorough doing due diligence on the property to make sure we don’t encounter any hidden issues. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The entire purchase process from start to finish was perfect. I never felt like they were just trying to sell a house. Very genuine with input and accommodated short notice showing requests. The first house that we put in an offer on, we didn’t get the home. They said they would find us a better one and we did! Great people to work with !!

There isn't a real estate team like them anywhere else. Most real estate teams make house buying easier, but Trillium takes it a step further to make the process enjoyable. Excellent attention to detail and an extensive experience with the area. This is our third purchase using Trillium and certainly not our last!
