The customer service and friendliness is above and beyond. I had ordered an 8lb bag of Ziwi for my dog, I called to see if it had come in, unfortunately it had not and the only available bags were the small ones. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog, so small will not work. After talking with, I believe her name is Bethany, I told her I would try to find it somewhere else. Later that day, she called me to let me know she found an 8lb bag at the store in Lafayette, drove there herself to get it and would have it ready for me to pick up that day. I was shocked she would do this and am so grateful she did. I cannot say enough about this location and their team.

The employees at this store are the friendliest people and so caring of animals. They always help me with my purchases for my cat. Another important detail is that they give me donations of returned cat food for feral cat colonies in the area. So generous of this store to make these much needed donations.
