The clerk who helped me was wonderful! I asked for help picking out a certain kind of food and she was able to show me two different products that perfectly fit my needs. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She is why I love shopping at Chuck and Don's. So sorry I didn't get her name.

The customer service and friendliness is above and beyond. I had ordered an 8lb bag of Ziwi for my dog, I called to see if it had come in, unfortunately it had not and the only available bags were the small ones. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog, so small will not work. After talking with, I believe her name is Bethany, I told her I would try to find it somewhere else. Later that day, she called me to let me know she found an 8lb bag at the store in Lafayette, drove there herself to get it and would have it ready for me to pick up that day. I was shocked she would do this and am so grateful she did. I cannot say enough about this location and their team.
