Where do I even begin? Erik is truly incredible. He worked with me over the course of nearly 4 months, showing me so many houses that I lost count. He quickly understood what I was looking for and helped guide me towards some really great houses. He’s got a fantastic understanding of the area and has a keen sense of value. We put in multiple offers across those 4 months before it finally paid off. The entire time, he was incredible flexible and responsive making himself available at all hours of the day and night, even finding back up plans with another agent when he couldn’t make it to showings himself. Beyond that, this was my first home purchase and he was incredibly understanding and answered all the questions I had during the whole process. I honestly could not recommend another realtor after working with him - you always feel like a priority. Without question, I will be using him for any future home purchases.
