When my delivery didn't show as scheduled, I called to find out why. Person was very friendly and seemed sincere to hear my concerns. He explained that the driver was out sick the day of my delivery. My package was delivered two days later, during that 2 days I was emailed, texted and called on the progress!
My only suggestion is that when the driver wasn't going to be able to deliver on the scheduled day the tracking should have given that info for me to follow.
The reason for a 10 instead of 9 was the speed with which the delivery was made once Estas was notified by customer.
The people who made the delivery were well-mannered, efficient and hard-working. The did everything we were told they would do. If I had any complaint, it was that we were told they would be here between 1:00 and 5:00, and they showed up in the early morning. Thankfully, we returned from a walk to find them sitting in our driveway and were able to quickly prep things for their delivery.
