The delivery was exceptional! Delivery guys were very knowledgeable and professional. Careful in handling the equipment and patient when explaining what was going on. However, I never received any email communications after the date of equipment purchase directly from the delivery company regarding transportation of and receipt of the goods/equipment. I had to log in each often to get an update on the status of the delivery until the day of the delivery. The only communication I received was a call to schedule the actual delivery. Other than the described failure to communicate, a perfect set up.
