Where can I even start? This review is long overdue. I was referred to Esther by a friend, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She was right where she needed to be at the right time. We had been searching for the right place for the longest time, facing many circumstances that kept delaying the process. But when the time was finally right, Esther stepped up and streamlined everything. I don’t know much about what makes a ‘good realtor,’ but I do know this: Esther was always there—not only to answer our questions but also to provide valuable feedback. We can't thank enough to our realtor Ms Esther Son. She went above and beyond of what we thought realtor would do. She helped from giving advice on how to fix the house to sell to closing with minimal issue. Also her ability to speak fluent Korean helped us tremendously. She explained many process easily. Also when there were some issues she took her time to resolve the issues that benefit us in positive way. She was very good informing us very quickly of any updates or information we needed to know. Esther was my agent during my home purchase and she has been really professional and super helpful from the home search to the closing. I was bidding on a really competitive property and Esther was able to advise the right price to get my offer accepted. She also gave me all the important updates throughout home buying process so the stressful home buying process was a lot better with her help. If there is an issue or concern, she will go extra miles to resolve your concern and give you a right advice. She is a type of a agent who will help you like she is purchasing her own home. She is not trying to sell property for just quick one time commission when there is a problem with property. Instead, she works to be a long term partner with buyers and she will stand by you and give advice like she is purchasing her own home. For this reason, what she does and her words were trustworthy and I was confident that I was purchasing the right home. Being a first time homebuyer myself, I needed an agent who I can really trust and go extra miles when needed. Esther was exactly that and I am lucky that she was my agent for my home purchase. At the first time reaching out to her, our family was desparate for help on purchasing home from A to Z., making an offer, guidance for mortgage (pre-approval), communication with seller's agent, and paper work in order to proceed. She promply responded to my request and lay out what was exactly needed which was quite impressive. She was so active and good at communication with people which made me continue working with her as my realtor. She is exceptional.
