Evan Weber makes you feel like you are his one and only client. Honestly, as much as we put him through (seeing houses that were far west, in between, and far east!), I have no clue how he had time for anyone else. He was accessible basically any time. I know that’s crazy but I’m kind of convinced he doesn’t sleep. We felt like we started with a real estate agent but made a friend. I have no idea how he does all he does but he worked miracles for us.

Incredible experience from start to finish. I feel lucky to have had Evan as my agent for the sale of my house. He also was my realtor when i purchased the same home 10 years ago! What an amazing guy. Professional, responsible, timely, knowledgeable…he goes above and beyond Every. Single. Time.

Evan is extremely responsive and helpful; he really listens to your criteria,, and also is quick to point out the pros and cons you may not have considered. Evan helped us secure a property for our daughter, and another one for ourselves. In both cases he offered excellent advice and support throughout the process and afterwards. We have appreciated his honesty and integrity in all of our dealings, and highly recommend his services.

Evan was incredibly patient with us as we spent nearly two years searching for our dream home in a tough market. He always seemed to truly have our best interests in mind - we never felt any pressure whatsoever from him to buy a house that wasn’t right for us. I hope to work with Evan on many more transactions in the future. He is a great communicator. His responses are quick, even when mine were not. He is able to use his experience to help you understand what is fully needed in one concise proactive phone call, rather than several reactive phone calls. This is so important to me because it helps me be efficient with my time which hard to come by these days. Great experience!

Evan was very personable. He understood what I was looking for and there was no pressure to make a decision if I wasn’t ready. He was always available for a text, email, or phone call. When we did viewings, he pointed out the positives, and made suggestions for possible improvements. He was very easy to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone that might be looking for an excellent realtor!
