Denice worked very hard and put a lot of time on selling our parents' house. She kept in touch with us on every move that was made and gave great advice if needed. She worked with our best interests in mind. She is a very trusting person and keeps you informed daily of the goings-on. I felt as though she went above and beyond in getting our house sold for as much money possible. I am very happy and pleased that we chose her as our realtor and highly recommend her to others. We love Evelyn Denice Penszynski. She worked tirelessly to help us find the house we wanted. I remembered one time I could not meet her to see the house due to my vehicle broke down on the way to see the property, she did not mind to came to the house by herself and walked me through while showing the live video of the house, I never forget that. Since we love her so much, we decided to have her help us to sale our house. With her professional experience, we sold the house within a short time (one month) without any problem. When we buy our next house next year (or may be sooner if possible), we pretty sure to have her help us again. I am pretty sure that I will refer her to all my friends who are interested in buying/selling their houses.
