It’s not so much the products and services that make me come back time and time again. It’s the friendly and welcoming environment. They know my name and take time to chat. Being a female, bike shops can be tricky. Sometimes, you are ignored. Other times, you may be approached as if you know nothing about bikes, or sadly, treated with what feels like disdain. EBO is not like that. Thank you.

from the owners, Mike and Jake, to the two head mechanics, Russ and Taylor, to the dudes that swap tires, clean bikes and rearrange the floor inventory - it's a class act. Taylor made to folks that are passionate about bikes and cycling and appreciate that rare ability to deliver on the promises they make. Russ put a bespoke Trek Checkpoint/SRAM Force XLPR for me that is the perfect expression of a conversation we had across several months on my ideal race/thrash/live gravel bike. EBO'S attention and thoughtfulness are something i will be grateful for - as long as i have this bike - go in and talk bikes and builds and adventures to Taylor and Russ. Have a beverage and watch races in the lounge, cuz ya get to do that too. These guys know their business, they like cycling, they like to see you coming thru the door. JUST THE BEST. Highly recommended.

I was pretty clear I wanted an e-bike and friends of mine had purchased their e-bikes from you. They were enthusiastic about your service as well. Mike was able to order the Trek bike I wanted. The process was easy and I was sent the warranty & information by email after picking up my bike. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Bicycle Outfitters to others.

Your operation is absolutely fantastic. It was really a fluke that I ended up dealing with you as I live over 150 miles away and have 6 bike shops in my town. Your staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I couldn’t be happier about choosing your dealership. The bike itself is outstanding. A Turbo Levo 4 Alloy. Staff installed all the accessories and gave me a tutorial on the bike’s operation and capabilities. Even though you are a distance away, any future purchases will be made with your dealership.
