Exceeded expectationsin: 1) Service! The gentleman at the counter walked us through everything since we had not been to a movie in years. 2) Arcade-The arcade price point was fair, had lots of games, and was easy to navigate. Room for improvement: 1) Ordering during the movie - I did not get cell service and could not connect to internet so I could not order food during the movie from my seat. It was fine since I already had my drink and popcorn. I went to HEB after to get dinner instead. 2)Ordering Snacks before the movie - having a printed receipt from my snack order would have helped me understand my order better thus removing my confusion that I didn't order or pay for an additional 2 drinks.

Conveniently located for us country folks. Wide selection of movies and show times. Very comfortable. Wish they showed more art house, independent movies.

The recliner chairs made watching the movie fun -just like at home. The tows are spread out so you don’t feel like you are crammed into the theater.

The Belterra location is real close for my family. I enjoy that they show movies that other cinema chains do not show. I really enjoy the movies from Angel Studios and movies with Christian themes. The reclining seats are comfortable. The theaters are clean. We see movies early and late and the staff has always been friendly.
