I initially had an unpleasant experience due to the unexpected closing of the facility. However after I called to speak to the GM Nick about my issue over the phone he promptly resolved the issue and made my family feel welcome. He took great concern about the incident that impacted my family and made right on the situation. So thanks to Nick and the staff at evo Addison we will be continued happy customers.

I love the fact I can allow my grandkids to play before the movie and the summer deals are helpful with parents with multiple kids and on budgets
