Great experience every time

I love the food and how comfortable the chairs are at EVO, and I like that the food is brought to me in the theater.

The theater in which we watched the movie was clean and spacious. The screen was excellent, and the sound was awesome. We got a good price on the tickets, and the food offerings were really good!

I just enjoy the whole experience.

Evo is consistent with food and comfort. Absolutely I will constantly recommend locations like Schertz

I like the service. Only wish they had ramps for wheel chairs sitting that close where they do have access is too close.

The service and cleanliness of the theater

Very clean, timely, and friendly staff

Love the overall format and layout of the movie theater. Temperature was perfect, seats are comfortable and stadium seating is excellent. I also appreciate the all you can eat popcorn. Would love to see you bring back the southwestern egg rolls, loaded fries and loaded nachos. Overall, the Evo Schertz is my favorite theater in this area. Two suggestions I do have are to reinstall the waiter/waitress call buttons on the seats, or perhaps via the app. Also, despite the public service announcements, unfortunately people still use their cell phones during the movie and it's very distracting and annoying. Despite a nearly empty theater, the couples on both sides of me were on their cell phones multiple times. I recommend a zero tolerance policy on cell phone use: if a person talks or texts during the movie, they should be immediately removed from the theater. Other than this issue, I had a good time! Thank you!

I rated my experience low due to our food orders not meeting our expectations but I really appreciate the manager reaching out by trying to understand what went wrong to make it right. He took care of the matter and took feedback. I’m happy because this is our favorite theater to visit and eat at.
