excellent service, in this day and age where some online sellers dont even have a number to call and some things are down to chance, how great to ring a store, speak to someone who was helpful, knowledgable and ensured i ordered the right thing, had it in stock and despatched it within 2 hours of my call and subsequent order, all arrived within 48 hours from the call, perfectly on time and perfectly packed, and the price was competitive too, EVO bikes have a new customer, i will stick with them now purely based on confidence, quality and added value through help and advice, never used them before, the store i called was down on the south coast and i live in cheshire but i will certainly buy from there if its something they have. my 155mm hope cranks and ring, bb etc are superb, thanks EVO ! 10/10!
