Had a phone call saying what I ordered was out of stock, but they could offer an alternative. I raised a technical question and the guy explained everything and reassured me. Talked me through some things and got the alternative sent out to me rather quickly. 10/10 for customer service. I felt valued, unlike some big companies.

What a great bike shop. I asked them to do the impossible (to build some bespoke Campag N3W wheels for my new gravel bike) and they delivered. Not only did they have to find a new hub manufacturer and battle with supply chains that didn't appear to want to work. They never compromised or tried to cut corners and the wheels they have built for me are unique and amazing. Give these guys a try before you buy high end factory built wheels as Evo will be able to deliver wheels that are better in every way.

Ordered an Ibis gravel bike from evo Cycles. They where very helpful and attentive during the buying process. Bike was delivered in under 2 weeks as it had to be imported from the USA. It arrived in a massive box, well packaged, with only minimal reassembly required. 10 out of 10...thanks fellas
