It is like the TV show Cheers: “ Everyone knows your name” I always feel special there and they have such a wide selection and provide such wonderful and always timely service. I trust their advice. They fit you on your bike to perfection. John, Keri , Michael are so knowledgeable. I love how if you have a flat tire they find the time to fix it in a very timely manner. It is my favorite bike store hands down.

Service is great and never need to return as something is not quite right which I appreciate. If I need parts or accessories, an austere approach is preferred compared to other shops. Nice people too! Always going there now since my first visit
