Fadl was a 15 out of 10 - exceptional! He listened carefully to our thoughts and concerns with selling our home. Fadl's integrity, promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic process simple. He was always available for home tours. Throughout process, Fadl was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development, Fadl is very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, he was patient and worked through some tough situations without issue. I would strongly recommend Fadl Badreddine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His attention to detail and level of time/dedication to his clients is outstanding.
