Pretty much everything. Van picks you up at your car and drops you off at your airline entrance. Driver helps you with your luggage on and off the van. Return pick up close to your return baggage pick up. Drop of at your car with driver assisting with your luggage at pick up and drop off. Sure beats waiting in a kiosk, after walking in the rain, for the bus and wrestling your bags on and off the bus. I appreciate you even more when I have to fly out of DCA.

Your pickup and discharge vans are always prompt, clean and efficient. I've always had a driver who is polite and professional. On one recent trip, I forgot my blue dress jacket in my car. The driver made a great U-turn, proceeded back to the parking lot so I could retrieve my jacket. He didn't have to do it since he was on his way to the Airport but made the extra effort.
