The person who greets you at the gate and assigns you a slot is always welcoming and helpful, the van drivers are excellent and helpful and the frequency of pick up at the airport is excellent. I especially love that the parking is covered!

You have perfected an exceptional customer experience. From when I drive up to your entry gate and show my QR code, your staff gives me white glove treatment, telling me what row to park in. The bus comes around as I get out of my car and the trip to the terminal takes less than 5 minutes. The driver is super friendly and helpful. When I return from my trip and get to off airport parking, your buses arrive in a timely manner and deliver me right to my car. Checkout is a breeze. Further your buses are always clean. Lastly, I earn free days with your frequent park program. You are #1 in my book!!!

I like that I can reserve a spot and know it'll be there. I like that the rewards come reasonably quickly. I like that all Fast Park employees are friendly and helpful. I like that the buses are generally pretty quick on the pick-up. I like that some employees (Vu, for instance) have been there for some time. Not loving how the prices have gone up.

I like the friendly and helpful people at the entry gate. I like earning points for each stay. The drivers to and from the airport are nice and helpful. What I would like to see is a reduced rate for long term stays such as a month or more. In the last year I had 2 episodes of 4 months each where my 2 week intended stay turned into a 4 month stay due to health related issues. My home is in Durango and frequently travel to Houston. I weigh the parking costs in my decision as to fly from Durango or park at FastPark and fly SWA out of Albuquerque.
