Quick and easy, please when coming from Domestic to Internal please just drop off in arrivals .

Everything was fine. When I arrived the person at the gate was very welcoming. My diver from the lot and back to the lot was very kind. When leaving the lot and needed help the older lady at the gate was not welcoming and I felt very rude. She might not need to work in customer service or deal with people. It was a turn off , but one person will not stop me from parking there.

It is incredibly refreshing not to wait for a shuttle at the top or bottom of each hour. Fast Park ATL services only the international side of the airport, and the efficiency is unmatched. You’re picked up immediately upon arrival, and within about 10 minutes you’re at the terminal. On return, I’ve never stepped outside without a shuttle already waiting to take us back to our car. When flying internationally, Fast Park ATL is my go‑to every time.

There are sufficient shuttles that go back and forth from the airport so the waiting is always reasonable. Staff is friendly. Parking is covered and close to the interstate. Pick up spot is right outside the ATL exit.

I like that my car is covered while I am away. Drivers both to the airport and from the airport were helpful and friendly. On checkout, the checkout person was helpful. All that shows they believe they have a good work environment, and that translates to good customer service.
