I am so happy to have discovered Fast Park & Relax! The online reservation process is so easy, the employees are ALL incredibly helpful and friendly, the service is speedy and punctual! It is not only the best option for flying Internationally, but also PERFECT when flying domestic with carry-on only baggage. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

It was a very smooth process. Booked in advance and enter and was told were to go to and park. they came in a less the five minutes to pick us up and get our luggage. dropped off at airport was quick. Same process coming back. did have to wait a little longer on the shuttle go back to lot. It seemed pretty busy that day. but again, smooth process. dropped us off and help with luggage and even checking out was easy. for got my tickets to pay they pulled up by my name and took care of it. great service for our trip. We will park here again.

Great location near the International terminal at ATL. Easy to book and good pricing. 24 hour pick up and drop off. We were delayed and came in at 2:30 AM. I just called and the shuttle was waiting. The drivers were great and when we left, the gate person was so nice too. And this was at 3 in the morning! Thanks.

I like being able to make a reservation and not having to worry that the lot might be full when I arrive at the airport. Also, the proximity to the International Terminal where I find the security lines are generally shorter.

It is so convenient. Drivers have all been super friendly. Only thing is the pick up, would be great to know where to stand as sometimes several lines form and no one knows who is or was in line first.

i think it is truly customer service oriented and the agents make you feel like we are a happy family...i would like to be able to get a monthly pass that can be discounted for Delta Employees
