Parking and pick up were quick and easy. We waited for about 5 minutes for pickup to go to the airport and about 5 minutes for pickup back to the car. Both drivers were super friendly and efficient. Super short drive to and from the airport. The lot felt very safe and protected. A bonus that the cars are covered! We will definitely park here in the future when traveling internationally from Atlanta.

It's been a pleasant experience both times I have parked here. The last thing anyone wants to do after sitting on an airplane for 10 hours is to wait for a shuttle. The first time I parked here, there was a shuttle waiting for us. The second time (last Friday) there was a huge line of people waiting for the shuttle and I started to worry that this service was just as bad as the rest. Immediately my worries went away when I realized there was a kind gentleman, letting us know that they were aware of the bus shortage, apologized for the wait and said several buses were on way. In the meantime, he got us all organized in groups for each bus so when they showed up only a few minutes later, we could board fast and be on our way. I only wish all companies were this professional and cared about their customers! I will always park here for my international trips!

I was so glad I had a reservation; would not have had a parking space otherwise. Staff were very helpful and kind. The bathroom was clean. Thank you. I also loved not having to wait for a shuttle to take us from the airport back to our car and the help with the luggage at the airport!
