I like everything about Fast Park and Relax. All of the staff is helpful. The whole operation is super efficient- the way they pick you up at your car when you first arrive, are at the curb to pick you up when you return from your flight and then drop you right off at your car at the end. It is a great value.

Our flight was delayed 5 hours, getting into BWI at 3 am. All I was thinking was we would have to call Fast Park and let them know we just got in and wait another 5-10 minutes until they would get there. WOW, walked outside and the van was there waiting for us. He said they always monitor the flights and know when they arrive. He didn't wait to see if anyone else was coming, as soon as we got on board, he left so we could get to our car and go home. GREAT SERVICE
