Close proximity to airport, didn't have to wait for shuttles. Other competitors I've had to wait several minutes for shuttle to pickup both at airport and on site. Also you have the most friendly drivers. I also like your point system to earn free days.

The drivers are exceptionally friends and professional. We use Fast Park & Relax every time we need to keep a car at the BWI airport - whether for one night or two weeks. The lot is secure, so we feel good about that. And there is never a long wait getting the shuttle either on our outbound or return trips. Thank you for the awesome service!

This was my first time using Fast Park, and I was very impressed with the service and value. I normally use BWI daily or hourly garage and the shuttle pick-up process and time takes forever. The BWI shuttles are over crowded and passengers are packed in. Fast Park was easy, convenient, noy crowded and less expensive. I highly recommend Fast Park to everyone, especially families traveling with children. I've already booked a reservation for my next trip. Thank you for the great service.

Fast, friendly and reliable service. I did not wait for a shuttle in the lot or at pickup from BWI. Other services I have had to wait 20 minutes or more at times. You rock! I also left my glasses in my vehicle, and your driver took me back promptly to retrieve them.
