Arrive at parking spot, shuttle arrives, helps with luggage if necessary, then to terminal, more help if needed. The last two trips upon return shuttle was waiting at curbside, help with luggage, then to parking, help unloading at your car if required. Pay on the way out - done Works very well for our needs.

I really like the safety, security and service provided by the employees at this location which I've used exclusively for years. There's only been one driver, this past Sunday at 5:45pm, who made abrupt starts and stops, after picking up many of us passengers to return to the lot, that were unnerving.

When we arrive, there is usually very quick pickup and transport to the terminal. When we return there is usually very quick pickup at the terminal and transport back to our car and help in stowing our bags in our car. Sadly, though, per daily prices have dramatically increased since last year.

The drivers are always courteous. Getting in and out of the airport is easy. Always a van waiting. Once our car wouldn't start and a young employee gave us a jump.
