Quick pickup right at car. Help loading bags. Easy check out. Rewards that don’t expire. Help if you need it. I would prefer to avoid using assistance from the drop off/pickup location. I have a mobility challenge but can still walk some. Drop off at the door, the old way, was less discriminating.

Everyone from the drivers to the kiosk people are very cordial and friendly. Buses are kept very clean and drivers are always helpful with loading and unloading your suitcases. Wait times are short both at the parking lot as well as the airport.

It's always convenient to park there. The service is consistently top notch and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The frequentcy of the shuttles to and from the airport terminal is great ... we never seem to have to wait very long (if ever).
