On arrival at lot, clear instructions about parking location and immediate pickup for trip to airport. On return, less than 5 minute wait for pickup at airport and great service when checking out. Pricing isn't bad, parking is covered, and lot is always clean and secure. Shuttle drivers and booth staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Kinda easy to make reservations.
Seems a little difficult to use rewards. You have to take a picture to claim the reward and claim it as you check out the gate. If you book reservations, then it should be easy to add the rewards to the reservation. Just my thoughts to make things more user friendly.
Easy to park and ride to HOU for departures, it would be nice to be dropped off by your airline check in. Easy to return to your car and leave.
Overall a good service.

Facility was very well laid out. Felt secure, plenty of room between vehicles.
Quick pick up at our car when we were leaving, and quick pick up at the airport.
Though as much as I appreciate someone with great passion about what they do for a living and how they feel about our city, our driver literally never quit talking the entire time while we were waiting for other riders and while driving to the lot. God bless him, but WOW !!!!!!
It hinges on the side of being irritating....
