FastPark does a good job getting me to the airport and back to my car in a timely manner. The price is reasonable and I like the AARP discount. Drivers are courteous and safe. They even help with the luggage! I did not like that the QR code for tipping charged a 20% fee that you could not bypass!!! The company should cover that fee or find a way to do it in-house vs third party.

We have always been treated very nice when we check in - even if it is pouring down rain, windy and cold, the attendant has a smile and lets us know what lane we need to go to which is always a help. We appreciate the driver helping with our luggage - we typically only do "carry on" which makes it easier for the driver. If our flight has been delayed, it is always nice to know we will still be able to pick up our car. Sometime the wait is longer than we'd like, especially if we are coming in late, but that cannot be helped. There have been times when a driver has driven faster than we would like, but we are not on their time schedule either. Overall, we feel we get perks and a value that we don't get at other lots. Close to my home on East side of airport. Price is Ok and get credits. Drivers help with bags. Little to no wait for van pisck up.

I always use FastPark when flying out of Houston Intercontinental. There is little wait for the shuttle that takes us to and from the airport and my vehicle remains under a cover while I am away. The FastPark website is easy to use when making reservations, and the cost/day is reasonably priced. I'll always use FastPark.

Everything went very smooth! Did not have to wait to be picked up once parked and trip to airport was very quick. A shuttle was outside waiting when we arrived back from our trip. Very convenient and efficient.
