I like being picked up and dropped off at my car. I like not having to wait for more than a couple of minutes, and I like the covered parking.

Close proximity to IND and provide frequent shuttle service to and from IND. Especially in the wintertime the Covered Parking is a definite plus. Knowing that my car and its contents are secure while I am travelling is very much appreciated Drivers are courteous and helpful in dealing with luggage on/off the shuttle. All considered, the pricing per day is reasonable for the service delivered.

Even though the drop off is the same spot as the economy bus getting the help lugging my stuff from car to bus and bus to curb… plus friendly staff and a rewards program it feels like the only way to go honestly

It was very convenient to book. All staff were friendly and helpful. Instructions for finding a parking space were very clear. Shuttle drop off and pickup were extremely fast. My car was secure and protected from overhead damage.
