We love the convenience of the location and the service. The drivers are courteous and friendly. Although we are seasoned travelers, we respect and appreciate how they convey the process of drop off and pick up for new travelers. However, the gate agent at check in during weekdays, a young dark-haired female, is far from friendly....every time. It's hard to believe she is having a bad day every day we use the service. Maybe there is a position in the company that does not require public interaction that might better suit her?

Your team is always so polite and friendly. On my Friday morning trip everyone said good morning to each other and wished one of your team that was moving to another place the best of luck and told her how much she was going to be missed.
