I've used Fast Park & Relax of Memphis for a number of years and NEVER had an issue. Just recently I was parked in their garage for 7 days but my flight coming back was cancelled and I was stuck in Miami airport without a retuning flight for another two days. I called Fast Park to explain that I wasn't able to pickup my vehicle at my scheduled day and they rest assured me that my vehicle will be waiting for me when I get back. No extra fees, no issues. My husband left something on the way to the airport and the shuttle bus driver had no problem bringing us back to the garage and taking us back to the airport. The attendants at the booth and shuttle bus drivers are awesome. 100% would recommend Fast Park & Relax of Memphis

Every person that I have encountered who works there has been helpful, courteous and works hard. I feel very safe at any time of day or night, and have always had a pickup in a reasonably short wait time. I have nothing bad to say.
