I recently parked at Fast Park & Relax from April 3-April 14, 2024. When I returned, I couldn't locate my key. The car is a hybrid with a push button. The driver dropped me off but noticed that I was looking for my key and had not found it. He waited a few minutes to ensure I could find it. I told him that he could leave; I probably would find it. He drove around to let off another passenger but came back and checked on me. I had not found it. He offered to let me sit in their break room and call my road side service. My roadside service did not unlock my type of car so I would have to wait for a Ford dealership open the next day. In the meantime, one of the employees who had gotten off work came into the breakroom. She spoke to me and went into the restroom. When she came out, she asked if I was okay. I told her about my situation. She asked me to go to the car and try opening the drivers side of the car with my purse and luggage because the key could be in one of them. If it's in one of them the door will open. She offered to walk down to my car with me. Upon walking out of the breakroom another driver was there and offered to drive us to the car. The driver loaded my luggage onto the bus and took it out at the car and took it to the car near the door. I touched the door and it opened. Had not these three employees not consistently suggested ways I should check to see if I had my key, I would have been out of a great deal of money getting a new key made. Unfortunately, I only the name of the employee who spoke with me in the break room. Her name is Tori Thompson. I am sure Tori can give the names of the other two angels who supported me through a difficult situation. Because of these three employees, I would definitely recommend using Fast Park & Relax. I will always use your parking lot. I would highly recommend these employees for a special award!

It's convenient, you never have to worry about getting your luggage out of your vehicle into the bus and you are dropped off at your terminal & luggage is unloaded. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I return from a trip... The price is great too. Fast Park for me

It's nice to know I have a reservation to park. The shuttle drivers are always very courteous and friendly. I am glad to have the help with bags.Check in and check out goes very smoothly.
