I like that I am picked up at my car and taken to the terminal. I don’t have to search for parking then walk 1000 miles to the airport terminal. I also like that I can book online. I only wish we could tip upon checkout as I don’t always have cash.

I totally love the convenience of leaving my car at the airport and the shuttle dropping me off at the door. Everyone is usually so very nice and helpful. I love having the car covered and parked in a safe place. I only parked in the airport garage one time and knew I would never do that again. Fast Park makes it all so much easier and better.

Thank you so much Fast Park & Ride. Every time we travel we use your service. Everyone is so courteous and friendly and helpful. For instance, when we arrived late Friday night, August 29th, after being gone for 3 weeks, we found the battery in our car dead. The driver made a phone call and not even 5 minutes later a wonderful lady (don't know her name), came to our rescue with jumper cables and she and the bus driver proceeded to give us a jump start. These wonderful employees went above and beyond to get out car started. I couldn't thank them enough. Kudos to these two beautiful people.

I love Fast Park and I will never use anyone else My husband and I moved here from Northern Illinois four years ago and it’s a dream to have your car parked safely for nine dollars a day compared to what they charge at O’Hare. The people are so friendly and the service is exceptional. fast Parkmakes travel so easy: you pull in , they pick you up and get your luggage. Then they take you to your terminal , drop you off and they’re right there to pick you up on your return date. . I can’t say enough good things about Fast Park. I guess I can say this : quit troubling your friends and neighbors to take and pick you up from the airport.

Love using Fast Park when I travel. The shuttle immediately pulls up to my car and gets me to the airport without having to wait on lots of other passengers. When I get back from my trip, the shuttle is right at the airport to get me back to my car quickly. I don’t even have to remember what my parking space is as I give my card to the driver and they get me right back to my car. I feel very safe parking there too. Recommend it highly
