Everything was so easy! I think the best part was the frequency of your shuttles. It can be very stressful when departing and upon arriving back home when you feel like you are waiting and waiting. But you guys were right there!

I like the ease of everything. Except the check out process this time was horrible. Guy had head phones on, and when I asked for receipt he said I would get email. And I never did. I was not happy

I like how quickly the shuttle comes, both when parking and when coming back from the airport. We had a very grumpy shuttle driver though the last time we used Fast Park. It was about a quarter to one in the morning, the night of 6/20. He drove way too fast and was very unfriendly. That was a first - every other driver I"ve had has been so nice.

The service has been great for me every time. The 2 recent trips, I haven't even needed to call the pickup number; the van was already at the airport. Having said that though, I did have trouble going online to tip the driver. I also had the same issue with a shuttle service in Des Moines who used the same similar online app.

Fast Park location MKE is very easy to get to (easier than the airport). The process of reserving a spot, arriving and parking my car then a shuttle immediately picking me up and taking me to the terminal is SO CONVENIANT. No more driving around a 4 story parking garage and having to remember where I parked my car. Shuttle pickup from the terminal is also very easy, no complications and I get dropped right at my car. Prices are competitive with airport long term parking.
