We have used Fast Park in the winter in Wisconsin, when a snowstorm hit. When we returned from our trip there were people there to help shovel us out of the ice and snow. We would never have gotten our car out without their help. Our most recent trip in May, we arrived at 3 in the morning. I had reserved a spot, so the bus was there right away to take us to the airport. Pickups both times, we didn't need to even call, the bus was there to pick us up. Will only be using Fast Park.

Convenient location to the airport with shuttle to airport check in.

Parking was easy and the shutter picked us up almost immediately. The driver was courteous and helped with the luggage. Upon return a shuttle was waiting at the curb. Check out was easy.

Personal treatment of pick up and return. Had a flat tire upon return. Staff was concerned and tried to help. One shuttle driver brought us water while we waited for AAA.
