Making a reservation was very easy, the shuttle driver both ways was very friendly and prompt and the clerk at the check-out booth was pleasant and offered to see if I had any discounts available which I did, so saved me some money! Thanks for the great service all around!

I like most everything about your service and the costs. I have a continuous improvement request as well. I personally think you have the best service and rates for long-term parking at the airport. I appreciate the ability to reserve a spot and also the quick pick up at my vehicle and again at the airport. Rarely do I wait more than 5 to 10 minutes at the airport - even on late evening return flights. In that same realm I appreciate that it only takes five minutes to get from airport to my parking spot. I also appreciate earning free days periodically. My one request for improvement is… A means to look up existing reservations from the Fast Park website. I often can't remember if I've already booked a reservation. I would expect to see a list of existing reservations. I don't want to search my email looking for reservation confirmation responses. This is inefficient and feels disjointed.
