Easy to park. Was taken to airport immediately and picked up after trip same way. Much faster than parking at the airport. When we left and paid the cashier announced to the whole car that my husband has 100 percent disability with VA. It was none of anyone’s business in the vehicle and then everyone wanted an explanation. Very embarrassing

I love this parking lot. It is easy to get to, it is reasonably priced, it is easy to reserve spots, whenever I arrive, the gate agent is very helpful, I love the covered parking, I like being picked up at my car and I never have to wait long, the bus drivers are always very professional, I like that they give you a ticket telling you where your car is, I never have to wait long (if at all) when returning to catch a shuttle, I enjoy being dropped at my car, the checkout process is easy, and i like the loyalty program. I love this parking lot.
