Parking was very convenient and hassle-free. I made my reservation online in advance. The lot was covered, which gave me peace of mind about my vehicle. We were picked up immediately in the parking lot and dropped off right at the departing flights area. On our return, the wait time for pick up was minimal, and we were quickly brought back to the lot. Smooth, efficient, and stress-free experience!

The driver is there to take you to the airport within a few minutes of parking and is helpful in loading luggage onto the bus.

I like the reservation process and how quickly a shuttle picks up and transports passengers once parked. Drivers and other staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. My wife and I no longer park at the terminal that’s often full even when it indicates that it is not and always use Fast Park.

Great Shuttle driver & professional operations. Please make a better effort at the EV charging area. It was a clusterfuck, tesla owners were hogging most of changing plugs, with no owners in sight to rotate other cars in to the spaces.

I like how simple it is to drop off, the shuttle picks me up right after I have parked in the covered spot. When I arrive back I very rarely have to wait to long for the shuttle to pick me and take me to my car.

Typically, there is a shuttle waiting at airport pick up. There is always a shuttle ready when I arrive to go to the airport. This is why I use your firm. There are times that are frustrating when I wait more than 20 minutes for a pick-up on A-side. Please keep this to a minimum.
