Our first experience was awesome. Very convenient parking with good service from your parked car to the airport. The same experience when we got back to Orlando airport. The bus was waiting for us and took us right to our parked car.

I was happy with the availability of parking during a busy season. I was also pleased with the almost immediate pickup from the parking spot and swift ride to the airport. The shuttle also arrived as anticipated at the airport for return to my vehicle close to midnight. The checkout process is efficient and I was quickly back on the road.

Good, knowledgeable staff when call with questions; drivers help with luggage, are friendly and smile; leaving for drop-off to airport is usually very quick; pick-up at airport on return is also usually pretty quick; open 24 hours and actually there in the middle of the night for delayed flights is a big plus.
