Upon returning to your lot at 1 AM after my flight, I discovered I had a dead battery! Your dispatcher quickly sent one of your shuttle drivers to give it a jump start. Without going into detail, this was not a simple process. But working together by flashlight, we got the car started. Unfortunately, I neglected to get my savior’s name, but I filled out a form so you should have it. He was cheerful, patient and resourceful. So, many thanks. I liked Fast Park before, but even more so now!

Quick shuttle service is very much appreciated. Using the website is sometimes clunky. Please develop an app that would be more user friendly. Also, that would provide for the ability to have credit card info attached to the user to avoid digging out a card at check out. That is a service that other offsite parking areas provide. Thanks.

Good service. Fast drive t and back from airpoert. Service could benefit from an app that can be downloaded. I could not find one. I have to search my e-mails to find my reservation. Or, I have to log on the website to find it. The kiosk at the exit does not recognize the bar code on my iPhone unless the brightness on th phone is turned up very high.

This was my first time using your service and the service was excellent. The daily rate was a good price. Your driver was friendly and professional. I waited only 3 min for the van at the airport and I was delivered to my car in a short time. The driver even put my suitcase in my car. I will be using your service again and will recommend your company to friends and family.
