It is safe and convenient. However, it would be nice and safer if you provided lighting entering into the entrance from the street to the booth! Other than that, everything is great.

I like the convenience of leaving my car in a safe parking lot, while traveling abroad, and being able to return back from a trip and getting into my own car.

Close to my neighborhood and quick transport. Very helpful driver with bags to vehicle and even in pouring rain!! I always tip- they deserve it.

That we can make a reservation and know we have a parking spot; that the shuttle follows us and the driver loads our luggage--no waiting and waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive, no need for us to work so hard; that the shuttle comes promptly when we return and delivers us and our luggage directly to our car. In short, we love everything about The Fast Park, and we tell people all the time to try it!

I love the friendly service. I love being picked up from my car and help getting luggage from my car which is often difficult for me. I love that I never wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle on either end. That's why I recommend it to others of my colleagues who travel.
