Most often very prompt. Drivers are courteous and helpful. Automatic checkout and payment are very good but it is frustrating when people use their phones for thei because the scanner then have a hard time picking up the data. Would be nice if there was a lane for hardcopies only for reservations and reward certificates.
Easy to check in online beforehand. Bus usually available within 5 minutes to take me to the airport and do not wait usually more than 5 minutes to get picked back up on return trip.
Most of the time the wait is very minimal. I have a 9 because last time we flew Southwest and waited 10 mins for a shuttle that only had space for 1 person so then we waited 10 more for another. That wasn’t cool and if that’s how it is when flying Southwest I will be seeking other alternatives.
The parking is covered, the driver brings you back to your car, and the car is a little more secure than being in a remote airport lot while you are travelling.
I like that it is covered parking, convenient in and out, the shuttle service is always on-time and I know if i have car trouble, i'm not in a dark lot by myself as there is someone there who could assist me if needed.
They are convenient to the airport, the drivers are friendly and courteous, and it takes very little time to get to the airport. There is hardly much of a wait to go from the airport back to the car so after a long flight, you can get back home quickly.
I like the USUAL convenience of reserved parking and reliable shuttle service. HOWEVER, when I arrived at terminal 1 Friday March 27 I waited from 5:43 PM until 6:06 PM before getting on a bus. Two full shuttles came and advised those of us waiting "sorry, we are full".
You need to make sure shuttles don't always go to terminal 2 first before driving to T1.
