Consistent every time I park at the Fast Park lot concerning shuttle drivers always helping and actually remembering me since I fly a lot. Will converse on how my trip was and always asks when I'll be back. Great people even when exiting when I pay. Always give me a receipt and say see you next time. Easy to make a reservation or cancel if needed.

Shuttle buses run so frequently there is little to no waiting for a ride to the airport or back to retrieve my car. I am also a fan of covered parking as the Tucson sun can be brutal. Oh, and finally, cost is very affordable.

Pick up van is always there when we arrive! Employees are very pleasant! We are not happy with the tight parking spaces. Our Ford explorer has MANY scuffs on both sides from others parking next to us. If you cannot provide wider spaces for bigger SUVs & trucks, not sure we will continue to use your parking lot.
