Hi, we are sorry you are unhappy with our installation. Unfortunately, we cannot install signs prior to the city permit being issued which was the case with your sign. Also, it was raining the entire week we had planned your install, which we let you know it and the install would be delayed. The issue with rain is more to make sure the installation holds up well over time, not that our installers don't want to work outside in the rain. The 2nd half of the signage wasn't part of your order, we offered this as a courtesy since it was the city that mandated this due to the nature of your business, so we wanted to help out. We did explain to you we would do this when we were in the area again, not a specific timeframe or commitment date. But in the end, we had the 2nd part done too, well before you grand opening.
