It is a pleasure to work with the FastSigns Team. There team was aware of our project but our artist was behind in getting the artwork done in a timely fashion. Fastsigns was able to help catch everything up with production and we got the sign in time.
My quote wasn't correct, then when I was called and told my order was ready, the order was incorrect-they printed 1 banner instead of 3. Easy mistake. But what irked me is that when I came back the second time (after they called me and said it was ready), it wasn't ready. I had to wait for the grommets to be attached. Melissa at the front didn't even apologize and barely said hi, and just said the grommets weren't on at went to the back. The only one that apologized was the man who attached the grommets and gave the banners to me. I don't mind a mistake, but I mind that many in a simple order. So please, start double checking the orders before you call and say that they are ready.
My street side sign is unreadable unless you are extremely close to it. Your associate,Sara, made it very clear and in no uncertain terms, that there is nothing your company will do to make things right as I approved the proof. She talked over me and just wanted my card number to pay for the sign. Stupidly I paid and got off the phone as she made it obvious thru many words and her tone that it was not her problem. I had wanted a sign like my other one that blew down. Your company had the old sign, so easy enough to duplicate .Sara suggested a lighter material and smaller sign as I only have a year left on my lease and so will be relocating soon. After not hearing from her for a few weeks I called and she apologized for forgetting my job. Mistakes happen and life goes on. I got the proof and okayed it although it had white lettering vs the original bold black, I just needed a sign asap ! I am not a marketing expert ,much less a signage expert, I didn't realize that the white lettering on a light blue background would not be discernible. I own an antique store with over 30 dealers, many have commented on unreadableness of the new washed out sign. Sara told me that a patch can be made at $68 per side . I will not be having it done by your company as I don't care to have any more dealings with a company that doesnt listen to or care about customer satisfaction.
Sara is fantastic. Customer service definitely runs through her veins. Amazing. And Mike the designer is very strong, has a good eye and takes direction very well. I would go to this for all my sign needs. Awesome experience.
Sara and her team are fantastic to work with. Called them with an enrealiatic same day request at 4:30pm, and they completed it for me without hesitation. I will most definitely be working with them again in the future!
Service was great. Asked about a previous order from 2 years ago to ensure we used the same materials and Sara had the answer within seconds. Great turnaround on our trade show signs. Would definitely recommend their service and this location.
