You already made it ok bc you honored your quote but the rescheduling, regardless of being put on a quick list, was a bit much at the end. Happened 3 times from Thursday morning before the install until the install Monday. The excuse was the need for a truck bc of the type of sign and I have a video of the guys pulling it down with ladders taking less than 10 min without this said truck. The quotes were given 2 different increases with almost a 3rd but I had paid and accepted the quote so they didn’t charge that. I called back for a small sign quote and was quoted VERY high compared to the other places around and probably bc they messed the other quote up but ya. Also, there are 2 scratches on my over $1400 sign that was installed on the green part that shows white through it bc of the scratches. While I’m glad everything worked out, this doesn’t seem like the most honest FastSigns location and my new sign was installed with scratches.

Seemed to be very concerned about payment I have used y’all over and over doesn’t seem to be trust that I will pay. I have always paid. In fact I wish my clients paid me that quickly. Im so happy I called Fast signs. I was less than a week out of my grand opening and a previous company fail through on my signs. I called fast signs and they were truly FAST!!
