Be more clear in understanding all shipping projections and more accurately predict when something is going to be delivered.
Customer service is great and the team went out of their way to try and make it right, but what is done is done. We still didn't have our product for great big event and we had been told there would be no issue.
That question was asked multiple times and it was clearly understood when we needed it.
Will I use fast signs again, sure. But I'm not happy with how my first transaction went down.
