I am a designer and sometimes I need to have technical issues ironed out before submitting files. On the most recent project that I submitted, there were a lot of potential issues that could have surfaced, but Allison thoroughly answered questions and made sure the process was smooth and no problems would occur, before the project went to press. Allison is such an amazing asset to FastSigns. She is timely, smart, efficient, a good communicator and detail oriented...which is exactly what is needed when we, as designers, are sending projects in on behalf of our clients, who are paying the bill.

Everyone I work with at this location has been flexible and willing to work with me on the specific requirements for my projects. Most recently, a do not disturb sign required a hold to be cut out so it could hang from a door handle. I had not made this clear at first but they adjusted on the fly without skipping a beat. Very satisfied and will continue to use!

I've done a lot of business through this location, in my current employ as well as privately. They frequently exceed expectations - not just in quality, but also customer service. I'd recommend this outfit to anyone looking for products ranging from the brass nametags we ordered recently, to something as large as a custom lettered sign or banner for the side of a building. There's not a lot they can't do.
