This project took 3 weeks longer than expected and our sign layout looks crooked on the background. I chose this company because they were prompt about answers and other companies weren't. My partner relied on me to deliver and he's not happy with it and I look like a fool. Communication seems to drop off once the deposit is paid and I have to chase down answers for my partner. This is my first opportunity to own a brick and mortar business and I have been working extra hard to be successful. This doesn't feel like a win.
