There was some design time which we clearly knew there would be to get it to the specifications we needed. You could clearly tell each time there was irritation involved. At one point when we wanted to only make a deposit on the design versus on the entire amount the person hung up on one of our Directors. It's unfortunate but I will not be using or recommending Fast Signs.

FASTSIGNS did a beautiful job on a banner we needed for a booth we had at a local Christian music festival! They were extremely competitive in their pricing, and provided a high quality product in a very short amount of time! The staff was extremely professional and friendly!

I certainly appreciated the quick turn around on my order. However, there is one thing I would recommend. When a customer asks for an email recap of the items verbally quoted over the phone, your employee should be the one to get the customers email address and sending this information. Rather than the customer having to take employees email address and recapping the inquiry. I would also add, couching the employee (Greg) on customer service friendliness and helpfulness. There is nothing worse than spending money at a place of business and have the employees make you feel as though you are bothering them or inconveniencing them because they are SO busy.
