More accurately estimate and communicate lead-times. Inspect all elements of the order for appearance and function before calling customer to pick up (e.g. case door did not work, added 3 more days lead-time forced me to make a 2nd trip to pick up). Ensure staff covering for main contact on pick-up fully understands the complete list of products ordered and being picked up (e.g. had to ask about the lights and forced to make a 3rd trip to pick up the table throw that was forgotten).
