I liked the sign and I had no problem with it or the work that was done it just took a lot longer than I wanted. I had mentioned when I wanted it and I got it almost a week later. I didn't have a sign for almost my first week that I was open. That hurts business.
Make every customer feel like a priority. We understand that your staff are busy, and possibley at times overwhelmed, but that should never be convayed to the customers.
I also ordered sign posts, not knowing they were a special order. When I called the sign instillation company, (3 different ones) they all said they just rent the posts for the same price of instillation, and that the could “try” to use my posts, but no garuntee. So I did not need the posts that I originally ordered because I can’t actually use them. I was told that I have to pay for both shipping fees. This was very upsetting, as I thought it was something you have in stock.
The quality of the signs, and the fact that the signs were delivered to my house, because they were not ready was fantastic. I truly appreciated that extra effort and service. Thank you!
