The Quotation process seems to need development. In business I appreciate the importance of tracking your quotes that you send out but I ask you to consider to creating a new and unique quote # for each offering.
To be more specific, I received the same quote # for three different pricing options over a three week period. At the time it wasn't a problem, but then when I placed my order there was some confusion about which pricing I was trying to order.
Otherwise, Erin was awesome and everyone at the store front was incredibly patient and helpful. Thank you !!
