I run a wellness centre, and was not told that the installers were coming to put the sign on the outside of the building. I had someone in the middle of a relaxing session when the installers arrived. I was not told they were there, what they were doing, or when to expect them. This was very disturbing to myself, and the person who was trying to relax. I feel that better communication with customers regarding when signs are installed is necessary. However I am happy with the product itself, and loved the customer service I received from Joy.
