The professionalism, follow-up, and effort put into the project to make sure that the customer's wishes and desires were done precisely. The quality of material, timing and installation were all in line. Tammy was very helpful and went out of her way to recommend products and services, and give ideas to assist, and was very patient throughout the process.
FastSigns of Carrolton has done fantastic work for our commercial buildings across the DFW metroplex. They provide excellent customer service form production through install. We have used several other sign companies previously and FastSigns by far does the best job of keeping projects on track and delivering on completion dates.
After contacting many people online to complete a project and consistently telling me it couldn't be done I reached out to Fast Signs. Not only could they do the work, but they also met a short time crunch. I couldn't have been more pleased!
On the morning of Friday, 3/15, I went online and asked for a quote for a vinyl banner. I was told that I would be getting a call from your location. When I hadn't received a call by that afternoon, I took time out of my busy day, and went to your location in person.
When I arrived, there was no one in the front of the store, and I waited several minutes for someone to help me. When I was finally helped, it was very clear that I was an interruption of whatever was going on in that salesperson's day. I let her know that I needed to order a vinyl banner, and she wrote up a purchase order without asking any questions other than size. No questions about use, vinyl gauge, grommets, or edge finishing. She was obviously anxious to write me up and send me on my way. I even had to volunteer to email her a copy of the artwork as she never requested it. She said I would receive a proof via email on Monday the 18th, and would receive the banner no later than Wednesday the 20th. Before I left, I asked if she could also provide me with a quote for a tension fabric trade show both. I was told that I would receive that quote along with the proof on Monday.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday all passed with no communication. Just before your closing on Wednesday the 20th, I again took time out of my day to visit the store in person. Again I waited several minutes before anyone came to the counter, and then my original salesperson appeared. She had no recollection of me or my order, and ultimately determined that she had put the purchase order in the stack for production rather than proof. I approved the proof on the spot, and ultimately received the banner on Thursday the 21st. I still haven't received a quote for the trade show booth, and at this point it's not needed as I have no interest in doing further business with Fastsigns.
I own a franchise of CertaPro Painters, the largest franchised residential and commercial painting company in North America. There are 11 franchises in the DFW metroplex, and we are constantly in need of marketing collateral, and items to support our busy trade show schedules. Our business consultant from the CertaPro corporate staff is a former Fastsigns franchisee in the Los Angeles market, and has always spoken very highly of Fastsigns. To say that I am extremely disappointed with my experience would be an understatement. I will not be using Fastsigns in the future, and I will suggest that my fellow franchise owners not waste their time.
