I have to send follow up emails to get your installer to come out and properly install the sign by pouring concrete in. We have 2 signs that had no concrete and 2 others that didn't have enough. I shouldn't have to follow up on someone's work, especially if it's paid.
the first location i contacted took me 8 calls to reach someone and when I did, there was no sense of urgency to get the signs completed asap, very unprofessional customer service. The second location was better customer service however the signs took longer to make than what was quoted, so we had to delay our meeting until the signs were ready- and the location is not convenient.
I was treated as if you were doing me a favor by buying signs from you.
The only polite person to me was a gentleman with a beard at the front desk. .

Ericka works with you in every step to make sure that you are happy with the product. They call before installation and after to let us know that it has been complete. there is always someone available to answer any questions or concerns.
You did not all disappoint, I do not usually recommend such things, because if they have a bad experience, I will be the one they blame. I will say that I used you and I was satisfied, but "recommend" is rather a stronger term.
