There was a mix-up and the printers printed 2 of the same banners and not one of each. It was not until we got to our location did we notice they were the same banner. The banner we were missing had been printed, but was not with the other two when picked up. We had to call a someone o return to the store and retrieve it. Unfortunately, it was not presented at the beginning of the event. The one saving grace was the attentiveness of Andy McIlhaney from the start of the process to trying to fix the mix-up issue past his duty hours.
