Customer service was bad. I called after 5 days to check on my sign and was told it had been ready but no one called me to let me know like they said they would.

Melissa was very helpful in coming up with a design for our school magnet, offering advice and having the graphic designer incorporate changes multiple times. Response time was immediate and the final product turned out beautifully. Price was reasonable and turnaround time was quick. Thanks.

Need to improve on communicating back to the customer on emails. Never received any emails from you on sign approval and to pickup. We had to go to your office to see what the problem was about when the signs would be ready! You did call which was great to pickup.

I am not sure how we were still on proof #7 5 days before the grand opening-- when the discussion originated months before. That really stressed me out.
The acrylic lettering on the entrance doors is crooked--after being fixed/corrected during install.
Stella did do quite a bit of service recovery by helping hang wall decals and providing a few 'surprise' wall decals.

I expected the price within 2 days and the product by the end of the week. After two weeks when I had not heard anything, I found the number and called to check. I was told the email went out in two days but they never followed up to see why I did not answer. I checked all of my email and junk mail--and my computer never received anything. Then I was told it would be another week and a half before I could get the small job----that would be too late for the event. When I complained bitterly, they got the job in two days and were very nice about it. If I had been that way before I had been bitterly disappointed, I would have given you a 10. After so much waiting and disappointments, I think you deserve a zero and no recommendations or repeat business.

March 22nd we placed the order for the lettering for our sign with Helena Wallis. May 10th we informed Helena we were ready for install. May 13th she said she would check on the installation schedule. May 17th she said she was checking the installation schedule again. Never heard anything back from her. Called into your office and spoke to a nice lady by the name of Melissa. Our lettering for our sign was finally installed on June 3rd. Thank you Melissa for helping us out. Helena Wallis needs to work on her customer service skills before your company starts loosing customers. It should not take over 2 months to install lettering on a sign.

Signs take an extremely long time to produce. Your staff is very courteous and professional but somewhere between placing a he order and delivery and installation there is a big problem.

I first contacted the Norfolk store to get a quote. I reached out to them three times and was told it would be "on the way shortly". To this day, I have never received a quote from the Norfolk store. I then reached out to the Chesapeake store and had a prompt reply. All seemed to be going well. Their correspondence was swift. I was told the signs would be ready in a week/week and a half tops. Two weeks later and less than a week until our event, I finally reached out to them after having never received a call. Not only had they been ready for about half a week, they also were ready at the "Virginia Beach Store". With our event in Chesapeake and our office in Norfolk, Virginia Beach was not the most convenient location to pick-up from hence why I tried to order from Chesapeake or Norfolk. Nonetheless, I went out to the Virginia Beach store that I knew existed only to be told it was the "Other Virginia Beach" store. Neither time was I told an address or directions or anything...just the Virginia Beach store and that there was a fire at the Chesapeake store so they were scrambling. Upon making it to the "Other Virginia Beach" store, frazzled, having traversed the Hampton Roads area and now rushed to make it back to Chesapeake before our venue closed, I explained my frustrations calmly. I never received an apology any of the times I spoke with some just "yeah...we are frustrated too and trying to deal with aftermath of the fire." It turns out it was just sitting at the "Other Virginia Beach" store without an invoice or anything, so they had no one to call (and didn't seem to be trying to figure it out with any sort of haste). I believe it would have just sat there until I tracked it down. I understand that situations arise that are unforeseeable (such as a fire), but the total disregard and lack of remorse was disappointing. While the quality of the signs was great, it was such a headache to get a quote and then finally track down the product, I will be looking elsewhere for our future sign needs which occur annually.
