The attention to detail. The quick followups by phone/email. Confirming that my order was correct before printing and alerting me that printing was happening. I was incredibly dissappointed and frustrated with the downtown branch. I dont even know where to begin. Took 7 days to contact me once I put my request in and uploaded files. 7 DAYS! then didnt hear back for two more. Called again and they had no record of me contacting them. Apologized and told me they had new software and were working out kinks. Then just started printing my order and I had no idea they had gotten started. Got a phone call from the installation guy who was at my business installing on the windows and I didn't even know it was printed. UGH. I went back 2 other times thinking it would change but it was the same experience. Your location and staff were professional and amazing. I have 3 bars with tons of printing needs and will only use you all from now on for large scale printing needs.

Really great customer service. Paul and Chad was always friendly and professional and helped me to create a design that made me smile from ear to ear! I am extremely happen with how my trailer decals turned out. I will happily continue to do business at this location! Thanks guys, you rock!

I provided a poster that needed to have a simple graphic to cover it. In the original delivered artwork the size of the covering piece was too small. I emailed the file to the provided email. Since I did not get a response, I thought the artwork was OK, since it was a fairly simple paste-up job. I was preparing to pick up the finished art and decided to call first t o discover from their graphic artist that they had not received the email file? I confirmed the email address and explained that I had indeed re-sent the artwork as instructed. The employee dryly said, "we don't have it." I was extremely frustrated with the fact that there was no effort at all to contact me regarding the email! No email, no phone call or text, nothing. This was a huge problem because I needed to pick up the posters on that Friday and they still needed the artwork! At the end of the day I had to physically bring a flash drive with the file to the location. I had to ask a fellow coworker to pick up the final posters minutes before the store closed. This could have easily been avoided with a simple follow-up call. Customer service does matter in my decision making process for choosing a vendor. We do large amounts of poster production work but I am extremely hesitant to ever use the Fast Signs on Ridge.

So sorry for the confusion. Indeed, we notified the customer about the original artwork provided was not the appropriate size. We never received an email with artwork and surmised the customer was working on it. Sometimes we wait days and weeks for artwork, and this customer didn't inform us of his Friday deadline. As soon as the customer told us he needed it on Friday, we produced it that day and had it ready for his event.
