So sorry for the confusion. Indeed, we notified the customer about the original artwork provided was not the appropriate size. We never received an email with artwork and surmised the customer was working on it. Sometimes we wait days and weeks for artwork, and this customer didn't inform us of his Friday deadline. As soon as the customer told us he needed it on Friday, we produced it that day and had it ready for his event.
