You keep good records of past jobs, which helps immensely in preparing the materials we need each year for our golf tournament. When I have trouble finding a particular logo, I can usually count on your people to locate last year's version. You have even searched on the web to find suitable hi-res logo versions when we are having trouble getting the right files from the donor.
As a customer, the request was made for a completion commitment. This is a reasonable request (as opposed to being told a 'standard' answer)
In response to the request for a commitment, a 'lecturing' e mail was provided about the customer's request being a "hassle"
The sign I ordered with my new logo was not made to scale of the original logo. Your office is blaming me because I approved the proof. What they failed to do was TELL ME they changed the proportions and why. What they should have done was said it would look like this as the original logo, and another option as their interpretation. I did not catch it at the time, however, I did feel like something was off, thinking it was more in colors. In fact, I went to your office and discussed it with Andrew. Please keep in mind, this is a new logo, and a rebranding effort, so I am not as familiar or have it emblazed in my mind. However, I gave your office the same files I gave the printerd and I gave them print as well (business card and envelope).
When I called disappointed the day after the sign was installed they said it would be days before anyone could come and see it - really?, I am unhappy customer and only a couple of blocks away. Shortly thereafter I received a curt email stating if they had to remove the lettering, they were not responsible for the wall damage. I do not understand why I should be responsible if you damage my walls fixing your mistake.
Someone was suppose to come by Monday at 10am, but they didn't show up! I called after an hour had passed from the scheduled time and was told Micah apparently went to another job and would have to reschedule me days later! Obviously not happy, I asked to speak to the owner or manager. The manager Sergio called me back. He basically said it was my fault because I approved the proof. He later admitted they CHANGED my logo spacing because it would "fit the space better". Sorry, but you don't take artistic license to someone else's logo. He finally agreed to send Andrew over, who I originally worked with. I showed him the differences and why the logo it is set up that way it is. He was nice and understanding and admitted they did not communicate that the change to me. We discussed a few minor corrections to fix it. He told me they would get back to me. It is now Thursday and I have not heard anything from them.
The service personnel are very knowledgeable and professional. They have suggestions to help you get what you want. Once I received the proofs (within a day or two), the final product was completed very quickly. I always use FASTSIGNS because I can count on them getting it right.
