I live out of State, but own a business in Maryland. I needed two new names added to the front door so called Fast Signs. Could not be happier with the service I received. Very friendly, professional, and the job was completed correctly and in a timely manner.
1) Well - I found the process a bit lacking in one area: I could not accurately envision the final work/product; there was a lot of guess work in how the final CAR SIGN/WRAP for my windshield would look.
I wish there was a STEP within your process - where I could see a DUMMY WRAP before the final product was presented for installation.
The final product is acceptable, nice. But, I think my business TELEPHONE number is rather small and hard to read. And, the "Columbia" is rather thinner than I would have liked. However, overall, I have received positive feedback from prospective clients and friends about the SIGNAGE.
AGAIN, I wish there was a POINT or STEP in the process I could have seen the sign/visualize it more accurately, clearly before the final product was presented for installation.
2) When I and your Designer-Aaron were going back and forth online with the designs, we had some issues (nothing major). Color identification was a challenge. I asked for BLUE - and a number of times received PURPLE lettering. And, then I was advised that due to the number of Design changes/Proof updates, I would be charged more money. AND, while, you did not follow through with this - I ADVISE ASKING questions first, understanding the entire picture, before making a comment like that. That was a bit off-putting.
3) Overall I think you guys did a good enough job - but - for car wraps - I would not recommend someone - unless you ADD THAT STEP - to make it easier to be able SEE AND VISUALIZE THE final product/wrap before it is presented for installation. I don't know what you would have to do, to make this happen. However, I virtually TOOK THE product so I could simply move on with my life. But, the phone number is smaller in size then I had imagined - which could have been avoided if you had the extra step.
