There was a major glitch this time in receiving the 8 banners I had ordered. Fortunately for me and for Fastsigns, the event that I needed the banners for was unexpectedly canceled. Otherwise it would have been a major problem to have not had the 8 banners. While your staff, especially Amy, who I worked with was very nice and apologetic for the situation, the communication just prior to when I thought I would be receiving the banners and the reason why they were late was not communicated to me well. It was apparently an outsourcing problem, which I first found out from my faculty member who was to pick up the banners and bring to me. Other than this major glitch this time, I have been very satisfied with Fastsigns. [NAME REMOVED]

I identified an error in the document I sent to print and contacted Fastsigns about the change needed before the proof was sent. It was acknowledged in a response email but was not sent to the correct people because the proof still had the error that I informed them of.

The time frame from date of original order to actual delivery was over a month. Granted we had a couple of revisions, however the time frame from last revision to finished product was over 20 days. Not very fast and certainly not within the time frame we were given at purchase.

im sorry but ive tried to do business w you folks, several times and each time things got messed up. the stickers I ordered to go on my yard signs were delivered to someelse in my ofc, and I never heard anything about whether they wre done or what. my big sign out front of my ofc came and was the wrong sign so after many phone conversations back and forth it was determined that you had the right measerments from my previous sign.the sign I just picked up got put on the back burner until I spoke to the boss and finally got it done. I still don't have my stickers that I ordered months ago!

There is one slightly jagged edge on one of the signs. I'd like to know if that could be fixed or if it's likely to be worse if you mess with it.

Wrong quantity on quote so I called to state the correct quantity. The wrong quantity was STILL printed and delivered to the wrong location. I had to hunt down my signs at the last minute the day of my event because they took two weeks to print.
