Issue 1: Was called to come get order, only one of the two banners purchased was in the bag when I opened it up at home. The support crew responded promptly to complete the missing banner on short order so I could post it up the next day. Suggest that ALL orders are confirmed with all contents before customer is called with a ' ready for pickup ' message. Issue 2: When taking order for the banner, I was not asked if I would like it to be printed on both sides. This is an 'UP-SELLING OPTION' that in retrospect I would have purchased if I was prompted regarding the possibility.

Excellent, fast service! The poster turned out great! The only suggestion would be better packaging. I have ordered posters in the past from other places and the posters came with a nice storage tube to prevent damage to the poster. The sleeve this poster came in didn't completely cover the poster and is not something you can store the poster in after use.
