Customer Service is EVERYTHING to me and Angela went above and beyond for me! She turned around my print job and delivered it on a very tight deadline even though I gave her very short notice. She/they earned my respect and appreciation and they'll definitely get the call next time!
I think I paid a good amount to print in install my window sign. You had to make some adjustments to my artwork since it didn't show up correctly on your computers at first. Some of the artwork was slightly off center when I verified it, so instead of just aligning the artwork, you told me that would be an additional charge, and that I should just have my graphic designer fix it. Personally for such a small change, I think that should have just been included. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I was originally toying with the idea of using you for other signage in the future, but I'm undecided at this point.
As far as installation, the guy that installed the signs was very nice and personable, but there were a few air bubbles left over. He did his best to try to fix it at the time, so I'm not really sure what else can be done about that, but I hired the installation based on your professional recommendation so I wouldn't mess it up.
At fist I didn't get the greatest impression regarding customer service, but now that I have been going back and fourth for different orders, I see a big improvement and I am also dealing with someone who is always there willing to assist. The products are done at the level of my expectation with multiple options.
Communication regarding how long the order would take was unclear. Said 3-5 days from proof approval, but it took 2 full days to get proofs, so the order was due to take 8 days total. I spoke with Augustin and was able to get the order in 7 days from when I paid, but it still took longer than we had expected.
