When verifying "proofs" you should also verify the product ordered, not just the graphics. I ordered table top displays but was given wall mount displays and had to return for the correct product.

He is always pleasant, cooperative, willing to assist, and yields the exact product that I plan to order. Communication is Rafael's strong point - he doesn't talk AT you but collaborates and translates it to production. Delivery time is very clear as to when Rafael can deliver the finished product.
